Storage Collection & Delivery
Collections are between 7.00 am and 12 noon, Monday to Friday. Clients will be required to box and pack their own goods, belongings, property and valuables. Our trained staff will load them on to the transport on the morning of collection.
Please ensure adequate legal parking for a vehicle 28ft long, 8ft wide and 12ft high. Should a parking ticket be issued, this will be charged to your account, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.Storing.com can supply packing materials at competitive rates.

Each vehicle has an expert two-man team to load your goods. Belongings to be stored in the 10 and 35sq ft units are brought to your door, loaded and security-sealed in your presence, and then transported to our secure Safe Keeping facility. 160 and 320sq ft units are loaded into the Storing Truck and transferred to your secure unit on arrival at the storing facility. Although you, the customer, are required to pack your goods ready for storage, in all cases we supply blankets for extra protection to furnishings during transit.Transportation costs are charged to all customers storing for less than 6 months (26 weeks). Costs are based on geographical location, and will be quoted for and agreed in advance.

For a storage period of 6 months (26 weeks) or more, collection is free of charge from addresses in: London, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire and Leicestershire.
Please Note:
Because we have our own extensive transport fleet, we can offer substantially lower transport costs than other storage companies for Collections and Deliveries. Sub-contracted van operators won't be able to match our mix of low costs, huge experience and our goods-handling safety record.

Postponement/Cancellation
1. If you postpone or cancel your collection/delivery, charges may apply if you give insufficient notice to us. Notice must given to our office during working hours, Mon-Fri 08.30-5.00 hrs, excluding public holidays.
2. If you postpone or cancel your collection/delivery giving less than one clear working day's notice to our office, 50% of the transport charge is payable.
3. Customers qualifying for Free Collection, who postpone/cancel giving less than one clear working day's notice, will be charged 50% of the standard transport charges normally applied to collections/deliveries.

Membership No. S107Storing.com Ltd has signed up to the BAR Code of Practice which covers private domestic removals and storage within the UK.
The Code has been drawn up by the British Association of Removers in association with the Office of Fair Trading (OFT), and Storing.com Ltd has successfully achieved Stage One of the two-stage process for full OFT approval, under its Consumer Codes Approval Scheme.
The Code sets out the standards that all BAR members must comply with in respect of customer service, fair trading, advertising and complaint handling, and full compliance with the Code is mandatory upon all members of the Association. Its purpose is to maintain and, where necessary, raise standards of practice to ensure that our customers receive the most efficient and trouble-free move possible.
We will be pleased to provide a copy of the full Code upon request, and it can also be found at www.bar.co.uk. We particularly draw your attention to Clause 6.6 relating to pre-payments and deposits.
