Storing.com's Safety & Security Systems
High levels of security underpin Storing.com's entire business. We take our Safe Keeping of your possessions very seriously indeed.
Satellite Vehicle Tracking
The Storing.Com fleet is equipped with the "Supatrak" Satellite Vehicle Tracking System. This reports our vehicles' locations every 60 seconds when in transit, meaning that your precious possessions are safe at all times, and arrive at their destination punctually.
Electrified Fencing
Perimeter protection is essential to good security. We have both security barriers and electrified induced-pulse perimeter fencing.
Closed Circuit TV
As well as constant daytime surveillance, our motion-activated system records any out-of-hours movements, with remote real-time monitoring.
Red Care
This sophisticated alarm system, specified by all leading insurers, links directly to a control centre, to ensure fastest-possible police response in the unlikely event of an incident. Combined with our Closed Circuit TV system, it presents a powerful deterrent to intruders.
24 Hour Manned Security
Our Twinwoods site, where 10 & 35sq ft units are stored, is patrolled 24/7 by professional security guards.
Personal Container Entry
Your own storage facility is further protected by swipe card entry to site in the case of our larger containers, and personalised seals with individual serial numbers for our smaller containers.

Membership No. S107Storing.com Ltd has signed up to the BAR Code of Practice which covers private domestic removals and storage within the UK.
The Code has been drawn up by the British Association of Removers in association with the Office of Fair Trading (OFT), and Storing.com Ltd has successfully achieved Stage One of the two-stage process for full OFT approval, under its Consumer Codes Approval Scheme.
The Code sets out the standards that all BAR members must comply with in respect of customer service, fair trading, advertising and complaint handling, and full compliance with the Code is mandatory upon all members of the Association. Its purpose is to maintain and, where necessary, raise standards of practice to ensure that our customers receive the most efficient and trouble-free move possible.
We will be pleased to provide a copy of the full Code upon request, and it can also be found at www.bar.co.uk. We particularly draw your attention to Clause 6.6 relating to pre-payments and deposits.
